If you are a Consumer and the goods you purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on statutory warranty.\nA complaint can be submitted via e-mail: info@www.moto-parts.eu, by post, or in person at the address: AUTOMOBILE GMBH SP. Z O.O., ul. Grunwaldzka 7, 08-110 Siedlce.<\/p>

Due to the defect, you may request:<\/p>

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,<\/strong><\/li>
  • removal of the defect,<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    or submit a statement on:<\/p>

    • price reduction,<\/strong><\/li>
    • withdrawal from the contract \u2013 in the case of a significant defect.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      We are liable for defects discovered within two years from the date of delivery.<\/p>

      As a rule, you can report a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but this period cannot end before the seller\u2019s liability expires.<\/p>

      Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date we receive your notification.<\/strong><\/p>
