Return policy

1. Refunds and Overpayments 

1.1. In the event of circumstances requiring the Store to refund amounts paid by the Customer into the Store’s account, such a refund will take place no later than within 7 business days.

1.2. If the Customer made the payment via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made or to another account indicated by the Customer.

2. Withdrawal from the Contract 

2.1. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

2.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit a withdrawal declaration and return the product to the Store. A sample declaration form is available on the Store’s website. 

2.3. Returned goods must be complete and in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The Customer should handle the goods in a way that allows their potential return. 

2.4. The returned product must be sent back to the Store’s address no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the withdrawal declaration. 14 dni od dnia złożenia oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy. 

2.5. The cost of returning the product is non-refundable. 

2.6. The Store will refund the amount due for the returned product within 7 business days from the date of receiving the return. 7 dni roboczych od dnia otrzymania zwrotu.

3. Complaints Policy

3.1. Products sold in the Store may be covered by a manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty. The warranty conditions and duration are specified in the warranty card attached to the product.

3.2. In case of a product defect, the Customer may exercise warranty rights with the guarantor (manufacturer or distributor) or assert rights resulting from the non-conformity of the goods with the contract.

3.3. In the case of a product complaint, the Customer should send the item to the Store’s address along with proof of purchase and a description of the complaint (a complaint form is available on the Store’s website). 

3.4. The Store will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the report. The Customer will be informed of the outcome via email. 14 dni od dnia otrzymania zgłoszenia. Klient zostanie poinformowany o wyniku reklamacji drogą e-mailową. 

3.5. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund the purchase price to the Customer. The Store will reimburse the return shipping costs after a positive complaint resolution.
