  • The Controller processes personal data to the extent necessary to conclude the contract. These include: first name, last name, place of residence, place of service provision, correspondence address, delivery address, and contact phone numbers. Providing an email address is not required and is not a condition for concluding or performing the contract. Providing all data is voluntary.
  • Data will not be disclosed to entities other than those authorized under the law;
  • Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;
  • The Controller makes every effort to provide physical, technical, and organizational safeguards for the stored personal data to protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations;

  • to request the erasure of your personal data from the Controller;
  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data from the Controller;
  • to object to the processing of your personal data;

  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
