ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a link that you need to click. Once we receive confirmation of the order, we begin processing it, and you will be regularly informed about the progress of our work. Estimated delivery date = shipping date + delivery time The shipping date depends on product availability and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Each product listing includes information indicating when it can be shipped. We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website reflect actual stock levels. However, in rare cases, the actual delivery time may be extended — we will notify you immediately in such cases. If you order multiple products, the shipping time for the entire order will be adjusted to the item with the longest shipping time. It is possible to ship the order in parts — to do this, please contact us or include a note with your order.

 

PAYMENT METHOD

Bank Transfer – The order processing time depends on when the payment is received. Depending on the bank, this usually takes up to two business days.

Przelewy24 – The most convenient and very fast payment method. During business hours, funds are usually transferred to our account almost instantly.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

In Poland, orders shipped via courier usually arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch. 

Within the European Union, delivery time is 4–5 business days from dispatch.
