Complaints

If you are a Consumer and the goods you purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to file a complaint based on statutory warranty. A complaint can be submitted via e-mail: info@www.moto-parts.eu, by post, or in person at the address: AUTOMOBILE GMBH SP. Z O.O., ul. Grunwaldzka 7, 08-110 Siedlce.

Due to the defect, you may request:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
  • removal of the defect,

or submit a statement on:

  • price reduction,
  • withdrawal from the contract – in the case of a significant defect.

We are liable for defects discovered within two years from the date of delivery.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within one year of noticing the defect, but this period cannot end before the seller’s liability expires.

Your complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date we receive your notification.
